Hr Policy

Personnel shall be hired by the best means available on the basis of a recruitment policy (setting out the number of people to be recruited, the type of people wanted, nature of activity etc.) and in accordance with the laws and practices of the country and the conditions of the labour market, without distinction of gender 1 race or any other factor unrelated to the candidate’s ability to perform the job.

It is the responsibility of the Head of Company to ensure that Finite is properly resourced and is capable of sustaining existing operations and meeting strategic business needs.

He shall do so by:

• Identifying and developing talent pool.
• Succession planning for all key senior positions and,
• Maintaining, development, careers and succession planning and remuneration in line with better market practices and facilitated by the Head of Human Resource
